During May 2006, HemsecSips, as a partner of the OZ-1 building system will commence construction of 21 new 1, 2, and 3 bedroom social housing units at Higher Bugle, Cornwall.

Further planning approval has also been given for a further 14 units at Bodmin, Cornwall, which will also incorporate the OZ – 1 building system.
