Northern Ireland's first Energy Performance Certificate - A rated, and is not only Carbon Neutral but actually Carbon Positive!

We have worked closely with Sky Developments over the last 18 months to help them achieve these amazing results, to produce the first BUILT CARBON NEUTRAL HOUSE.

Professor Neill Hewitt from the University of Ulster will be monitoring the performance of the house using the latest equipment,  we are currently supplying Sky with 180mm panels for an exclusive development of A Rated homes in a leafy suburb of South Belfast; their Willis Green development in Finaghy Road South, and will be supplying Hemsec SIPS panels for a Sky Developments Social Housing Development of 40 Apartments in Newtownards just outside Belfast - the first Housing Association project to use this Modern Method of Construction in Ireland.

Many other developers have claimed basic "Eco" credentials via off-setting of carbon or simply by the use of bio-mass heating systems. Sky Developments' rating is not based on off-set!  Hemsec SIPS together with the correctly specified renewables provides the opportunity for Carbon Neutral Status as Sky Developments has now proven.
