OZ – 1 building system will offer environmentally friendly
buildings that are concrete, brick and block free. OZ –
1 buildings meet part L of building regulations, providing a cost
effective high speed construction method which is typically 50%
shorter than traditional structures.
Offering a
turnkey solution the OZ – 1 building system incorporates
wall and roof panels, screwpiles, TGI joists, T & G flooring,
windows, doors and service systems and whilst the internal structure
combines many advanced materials. External finishes can be either
modern or traditional.
