HemsecSips
have been awarded 3 new hotel contracts in Manchester, Bradford
and Normanton, which will all take advantage of SIPS panels to offer
a highly competitive and fast track build solution.
With these three projects in the Hotel sector, HemsecSips are working
closely with Meadmanor Contracts to offer a complete turnkey service,
which will commence on site during June/July 2006.
The three contracts will use approximately 30
– 40,000 sqm.of HemsecSips panels with all 3 projects due
for completion by January 2007.
Hemsec
Sips and its partner Mead-Manor Construction have
successfully completed a 110 room hotel for a major operator.
The
hotel project is unique in that all 4 storeys were achieved using
Bison Beam concrete floors resting directly onto
Hemsec Sips.
Extensive
testing was carried out to satisfy strict building regulations
