The
structural properties of SIPS and flexibility in manufacture makes
3 - 4 storey apartments easily achievable. As with our recently
completed hotel project 4 storey accommodation presented a challenge
which was overcome. SIPS do not perform like other lightweight
building systems. A SIP structure will not encounter typical “Compression
Factors” like timber based solutions.
