Hemsec Installations Limited which is the construction based sister company of Hemsec SIPS have commenced work on the latest Hotel project at Leigh, Lancashire.

The 135 Bedroom complex being built by Meadmanor Contracts for Park Inn is due for completion in early summer with Hemsec Installation having 10 weeks to construct the 135 rooms predominantly from 125mm and 100mm thick Hemsec SIPS.

Richard Daley MD of both Hemsec SIPS and Hemsec Installations commented “we seem to have hit a bit of a rich vein recently with growing interest in the solutions we have to offer for the construction of hotels” he went on to say “we are presently in the design stages of a further 6 hotels for various end users with the likelihood of a further 2 projects hitting site this year”.
